- Stair Railings no longer disappear when one tile is placed next to a one tile room.

This problem occurs for me with stairs that are adjacent to a wall on the upper level. The lower level (which is open and should show a railing) only shows the post at the bottom of the stairway. The rest of the railing (in the exposed part) is invisible. It does not matter what railing I use.
I was behind on patches, and so I jumped from patch 1.99.305.1020 to 1.102.190.1030 when I updated a few days ago. On patch 1.99 I did not have this problem. On patch 1.102 I do. So it occurred at some point between the two patches.
Looks like this was solved on today's patch! (1.103.250.1020)
I don't see anything about it on the patch notes, but all my missing rails have reappeared. Thanks EA!
I can also confirm the stair rails in prebuilt / public facilities are back. Awesome!!! 😃
