Is anyone still seeing this issue after today's patch?

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, this happened after I installed the game to my PC
What happens when the bug occurs? Text Strings are missing in my game for the HS Expansion pack items.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see text that explains what the items are (Aspirations, Traits, Build Buy items, etc.)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This appeared after installing the HS Expansion pack.
All text strings for the HS Expansion pack items are missing. I am unable to play the game due to this issue. Text strings for the other packs are present. I tried following instructions in an older thread to correct this issue such as changing the language, repairing my game, etc. but nothing is working.
Same issue. No mods, new save. Repairing game through steam didn't help.
got the exact same issue here, tried removing all mods, clearing cache, repairing game, creating a new save, nothing worked, every other world has texts, just everything involving the new pack, really frustrating.

same problem, I believe the download from Steam has Strings_ENG_US.package (for English, it is another file for other language) missing, but I'm not sure, I tried to reinstall and this file is still missing.

yes @Arthur Gibraltar I'm playing through Steam. I am missing the strings file and I tried uninstalling & reinstalling as well.
