[FIXED] Stopping to exercise

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just playing the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? my sim stops completely what they were doing/if i’ve asked them to do something like eat or sleep they get up/wake up to exercise.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the patch/update came on the 3/6/20 and it was just before the release of Eco.

    I will mark this as fixed as I believe all NAP problems are solved now and only occur when the NAP is actually active.

    Please create a new thread if you still have issues with this

    Remember that active and energized Sims will auto exercise if idle, that is not a bug.

    @heidi11576 Isn't it super frustrating that the creative and fitness ones have overpowered every other activity in the game? All I see are clay and workouts 😭

    @crinrict What do you mean don’t play them? They are the sims I created of course I’ll play them. Do you mean not play the fitness ? I don not, doesn’t change anythinf

    @heidi11576 You might be playing rotational with aging on so that would leave you with Sims you don't play at the time they age up.

    Did you read the thread I linked ? First page should be enough to give you an idea what's going on.

    The exercise is caused by the Rock Your Mind NAP although as said, it's possible it's just the active trait for you.

    Thank you so much @crinrict ! The thread you have linked has helped me to find a mod that solves my problem with the random push-ups and stretching. I am now able to play my legacy challenge family again, after a month! I had tried to play with them despite the bug but it was just impossible. Thank you so so much! I was hoping that someone would have made a mod as we too often have to rely on other players to solve our problems.

    @ItsOnlyBecky I have this too, started suddenly! I had previously other problems, mostly with babies and toddlers and seeing objects properly and now suddenly this too. I have done the "fix game" two times already and don't have cc
