What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every expansion, game, and stuff pack EXCEPT: Journey to Batuu, Fitness Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Moschino Stuff, and Perfect Patio Stuff. I also own the following Kits: Bust the Dust, Blooming Rooms, Carnaval Streetwear, Moonlight Chic, Desert Luxe, Everyday Clutter, Simtimates Collection, Bathroom Clutter, Greenhouse Haven, Basement Treasures, Grunge Revivial, and Book Nook.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Live in any house/apartment with townies walking outside.
What happens when the bug occurs? The thought/conversation bubbles above sim's heads, I am able to see them through the walls/floors of my sim's home.
What do you expect to see? I expect to not be able to see thought/conversation bubbles through walls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This started happening after the most recent patch (1.99) on July 18th.

This is the apartment with the Historical lot trait in San Myshuno. This was only the first lot I had noticed it in, but it happens in every lot I load into. I’ve tested in different worlds as well, Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, and Sulani are a few.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open any world or lot in live mode and you will see a bunch of random thought bubbles in the background with no sim/animal attached to them
What happens when the bug occurs? thought bubbles appear randomly with no sim/animal attached and if you zoom in on the thought bubble, it gets further away
What do you expect to see? no random thought bubbles all over the place

I'm seeing this too. I think they are thought bubbles coming from other sims in the neighborhood. The thought bubbles are showing through the landscaping. This happened in Galloping Gulch in Chestnut Ridge. I think it's sims walking on the trails there.
