[FIXED] Thought bubbles from sims not on active lot

Product: The Sims 4

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.79.25.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Horse Ranch, Werewolves, Growing Together, and Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim in another part of the house. or have one walking down the street.
What happens when the bug occurs? Thought bubbles from that sim will appear through walls. it also occurs on random sims that are walking down the street.
What do you expect to see? Thought bubbles are like they were before, not being visible through walls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Thought bubbles from sims are visible through walls. for example, it will show a sims thought bubble for someone who is downstairs or just randomly walking down the street.
