Sorry for the fact that I am now answering but I was until 3 days ago on holiday.
Yes I have the problem still. But I do not know if the problem after the patch of the toddlers still exists.
The game here was completely new and without mods as well as downloads. Also I had a new Sims 4 folder generated.
Could you test with the patch and if it's still an issue, please send me your file

Where should I upload the file?
Please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.
Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.

I can totally duplicate that on your save .. tried mine again, mine is fine
Wonder if it has something to do with the Sims itself.
Did you try different Sims or always the same ones ?
For me, the game also sped up after woohoo for no reason.
The problem is only when they make woohoo in bed.
There are always different Sims and the problem remains synonymous after the reinstallation.

You did rename user folder, repair game and all that, right ?

The problem is since the December patch.
I have had a problem since the toddler patch of having any couple that woohoos snap out of bed afterwards and freeze, then time goes berserk until I click the pause button. Just wanted to add this to the list of bugs to hopefully be looked into. Thanks!
Edit: Should add that I don't have cc/mods and have everything out for it if that helps.
