What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: All but GF, GT, GTW , CL Game Packs: All but Vampires, spellcasters, strangerville, DO, SD, OR, Journey to Batuu Stuff Packs: Tiny, Parnormal, Toddler and Idustrial and mini camper kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into cas and put on the tiny living slicked toddler hair and it will have random lines
What happens when the bug occurs? 2 random black lines
What do you expect to see? No random black lines
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The tiny living slicked-back toddler hair on fem and masc frames has random black lines (regardless of hair swatch)
