    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I'm on console and while I had maxed out the toddler skills, I didn't receive the trait but I was given the bonus to all child skills.
