    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I've noticed this same issue in my game as well. No, I do not play with any mods. It does not seem to matter which world the family is in.

It seems like once the sim that was supposed to receive either the Top Notch or the Happy toddler trait ages up to a young adult, then the trait appears in their listed traits section. Before this bug started occurring, I'm pretty sure the addition of a bonus trait would be plainly stated after they aged up in the little, "blah-blah aged up!" window.

The trait should be rewarded as soon as the sim ages up, not many days (and birthdays)  after. If this was a deliberate change made by the game designers, then it is not a welcomed change. Change it back lol
