    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I am having this same issue. I have all expansion packs, kits and DLCS. I play on Windows PC with no mods or CC. I’ve had this issue since the July patch as well. I’ve tried aging my toddlers up with a birthday cake and without, all skills level 3 and level 5 (except potty which was 3) and still didn’t get the hidden happy toddler or top notch toddler trait. I’ve started new saves, cleared cache, and repaired my game and still have this issue. When my toddler ages up to child I just have 2 points in creativity, motor, and social skill. There is no notification that I’ve received the hidden “happy toddler” trait.

I have used this cheat and this was the only way I was able to apply the trait, 

testingcheats on 

traits.equip_trait trait_happy_toddler 

or

traits.equip_trait trait_top_notch_toddler
