Came to add my bug report to the list. I just noticed it happening to my toddlers in my current 100 baby challenge save.

How often does the bug occur? Whenever a toddler ages up to child
What is your current game version number? 1.93.129.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a toddler with skills all at level 3 or all at level 5 and age them up (or let them age up naturally).
What happens when the bug occurs? When the toddler has aged up, they are supposed to get the Happy Toddler or Top Notch Toddler traits, but they don't, they aren't listed under the Simology panel like they're supposed to be. The child also doesn't get the happy moodlet from the trait that sometimes pops up, about a "good old toddlerhood". I *think* they are at least still getting the boosted skill gains, but I can't properly tell.
What do you expect to see? Either the Happy Toddler or Top Notch Toddler trait listed under the child's traits in Simology (and in the pop up when the toddler ages up), the associated moodlet from the trait should pop up now and then during gameplay. I'm not sure if they're not getting the boosted skill gains, but if not, they should be getting that too.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes. I only have MCCC, Relationship and Pregnancy Overhaul, Wonderful Whims, littlemssam's gardening hotfix and ultrasound scan, and the OMSP red shelf. Oh, and just added Healthcare Redux yesterday, but the bug was happening in my game before I installed it. I have also tried removing all mods/CC, deleting the localthumbcache and it still occurs.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I'm guessing it was after one of the most recent updates. Potentially one of the base game updates for High School Years. I only started noticing it recently.
