    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I am also having this same issue. I am doing a super sim play through and I have all 3 of the Occults traits and I just needed the top notch toddler to continue I hope this can be patched and won't glitch out my save if it can be re added.
