    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I actually have the same issue, however, I noticed my sims get the happy toddler trait after they aged up to a young adult. They did not get the happy toddler trait when they aged up from Toddler to Child or from Child to Teen, but it appeared when they aged from Teen to Young Adult. Previously sims would get the happy toddler or top-notch toddler trait when aging into a Child, but I think they changed this after the High School update.

ok, so Is this how it's supposed to work then? I was expecting the trait to become visible in childhood. I haven't seen anything about it only becoming visible during adulthood.

    It should be awarded and visible, if the prerequisites are met, when a toddler ages up to a child.
