    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

Having this problem as well...

My Sim just aged from toddler to child and the trait was not available.

Had to use a cheat

I'm continuing to cheat this with each toddler age-up. I mean, I have my own rules about cheating and one of them is "If it's a bug, you can cheat to get around it," but our console players can't do that or they lose out on trophies. ☹️
