[FIXED] Towel outfit has random accessories

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Seasons, JA and some stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change into towel at a gym/spa lot, or use a sauna.
What happens when the bug occurs? See screenshot below. Doesn't appear to affect teenager+ sims from pre-patch saves, child sims that have aged up post-patch will be affected. Townies generated post-patch are also affected.
What do you expect to see? Sims wearing just a towel.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Sims will not have random accessories or clothing pieces when changing into towels.Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25
Please make a new thread if you still have issues with these outfits but don't expect existing ones to be fixed.
To fix existing ones, you can use the cheat: sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas while in the towel outfit.
