    • Townie Sims are no longer glaring at each other as they pass by on the streets.

    Fixed in Patch 1.48.90 .. at least I believe this is what this patch note is referring to

No, it's more like there's an additional hostile animation they do unnecessarily before the actual greeting. I'll try and video it.

agree. sometimes they *will* continue to be hostile/whatever, but usually it's like an added thing before the greeting/actual conversation.
