    • Townie Sims are no longer glaring at each other as they pass by on the streets.

    Fixed in Patch 1.48.90 .. at least I believe this is what this patch note is referring to

    I can confirm that this is happening in my game as well. I've been playing in Brindleton Bay on my latest save, and any walkbys that stop to chat with each other will use the hostile greeting 100% of the time even though their actual conversation doesn't usually turn out to be hostile.
