    • Townie Sims are no longer glaring at each other as they pass by on the streets.

    Fixed in Patch 1.48.90 .. at least I believe this is what this patch note is referring to

I noticed this too, but it's not just townies, it's everyone in my case. My active Sims and my played Sims outside the active household will also do the hostile greeting when they're about to chat to anyone regardless of relationship. It's been annoying me.
