Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to 'Manage Worlds' Open the 'Manage Household' menu Click on a family with more than one Sim Click on the 'Transfer Sims between households' option When I try to transfer one or more Sims (teen/young adult/adult/elder) with the 'Household split and merge' to create a new household, it doesn’t allow it—the button is blocked with the message, 'Transferring is not allowed.'
What happens when the bug occurs? Try to move a Sim of the correct age (teen/young adult/adult/elder) to a new household using the 'Household split and merge' tool, but the transfer button is blocked. I never had this issue before the update.
What do you expect to see? The button should be enabled, and I should be able to create a new household with the selected Sims like before the update.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
