[FIXED] Unable to adopt child

    Sul Sul!

    We've now released the latest update for The Sims 4 on all platforms, this issue should no longer be occurring and this thread will now be closed. 

    If you are still seeing any issues on console after this update related to the adoption process, please create a new thread here.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.318.1020 dx9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except, journey to batuu and luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to adopt a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim goes to the end of the lot and the action is effectively cancelled.
What do you expect to see? the sim leaves the lot and returns with the adopted sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 23rd of july update
