[FIXED] Using CAS on lot resets to different lot

Since the walk in closets were introduced I've noticed that AFTER one of my household Sims uses a closet in a retail lot to change a townie's costume, the active Sim is changed to another one of the ...

    • Using the closet to change the outfit of a non-household Sim should no longer switch the active player control to other Sims in your household. This was particularly a problem if the other Sim that was given control was on a different lot, resulting in you loading a new lot upon returning from Create a Sim.

    Fixed in Patch 1.25.135

So only for the NPC Sims that live in the same Neigherhood as you ?

Sorry, I meant anyone who lives in another household, including those who are in the bin and labeled as 'unplayed' - the unplayed bin is effectively the new 'NPC' household and they're also treated as active 'neighbors'. On editing of inactive households via the closet object on any lot.

    Then there must be another factor as I was not able to duplicate it in my test yesterday.

      I was able to test it repeatedly. Try the following:

      • Place a closet on any community lot
      • Load any household with more than one sim
      • Send one sim to the community lot with the closet
      • Send each other sim to a separate location and note the destination for each sim
      • Return to the sim which is waiting on the lot with the closet and select "Change Outfit Of..."
      • Select any sim which is not a member of the active household
      • Edit the outfit then click OK (Huge button with check mark)

      You will see that you are always returned to the lot where one specific sim has been sent. This sim is the oldest sim in your household array (has the oldest object identifier).

        So you need to have two Sims away from home and on different lots for it to occur ? can't check the game till tomorrow
