Looks like this is fixed.
I have just been playing the Freelancer Update. My Sim cannot "Meet Client" or "Meet Class" for gigs. When the option is clicked, she just resets (arms out then just stands there) What's going on??
I can't even find the "Chat with client" option on the computer on my freelance programmer Sim ☹️

@MarleyTheWizard I think you asked about completing the meet with client task from a community lot. Finally my artist has a gig that requires to meet client.
Forensic Sketch Artist Gig - accepted the gig with tasks to create illustrative painting on sketchpad and meet with client.
Put the sketchpad in personal inventory and took both roommates to local museum.
Completed the requires sketch and clicked on it in personal inventory. Artist left and after a bit the job was completed. The roommates stayed at the museum while he was gone and artist went to home lot when job was done.
So far only the artist gigs have this goal and my tests show it is able to be completed.
Game version 1.51.75.1020
All content and patches available to date are installed.
Zero mods / cc and never used either.
I did start this save with a vanilla folder - totally deleted everything and let the game build new files.
I am on a PS4 Pro, but I think this might help.
The computer should have a "Freelance" option along with the usual ones. Click on that. The "Chat with Client" option should appear there.
@BlackDragon4160 This bug was actually fixed a while ago.
