Having the same issue with my young adult vampire sim. I have everything except two stuff packs.

have you tried hosting one at night ?

    I tried hosting it during the morning, I think. I'll try that when I get home tonight.

    I'm having the same problem. My sim is an elder ghost. I've tried at night and morning.

    My vampire celebs cannot host this, no matter the time of day or night.

      My vampire celebs also cannot host Meet & Greets (Young Adult & Teen).

       Unlike the original bug report, I am playing on a Mac with the latest macOS and Sims 4 software version.

      Edit: It has now begun working for me. I'm not sure if it began to work after a few (real life) days, or because I purchased a new stuff pack.
