If you have the vanity table from Vintage Glamour in your house, children will perform the "play with make-up" action randomly - without the table. In my game it happens as soon as my child is eating in the kitchen. Another player on the forum posted a picture with the child in front of a computer.

This bug is still occurring in brand new games after the last patch. No cc, no mods and game fully up-to-date. I have even repaired my game etc and still children apply make-up as if sitting in front of the dresser when they are using a computer desk or a desk/table to do homework and other non-related tasks.
I've got this bug too. It's quite cute at first but it gets very annoying when the children look like crazy clowns most of the time.
