[FIXED] Von Haunt Ghosts broken

After the patch Bernard and Mimsy are no longer performing their haunting duty at the estate. They don't move around or do anything, they just keep spawning and disappearing in front of the mansion. ...

    It seems that has been fixed.

Still a problem for me, too. I even took out my mods to see if it was a mods problem, but the disappearing ghosts and NPC visitors kept happening indefinitely.
