    Tastes like kibble! After taking the 'Wolf-B-Gone' drink, Sims will no longer have a fury glow still showing.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

    There were other issues than just the glow reported in here. 

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues with those.

Can confirm, I have this issue too. Save file completely untouched by mods or cc, my sim was turned into a werewolf by Roary and crafted the Wolf-B-Gone cure herself. Still displaying fury effects, still generating fury, hasn't transformed yet but she's close.
