How often does the bug occur? Each time saving werewolf characters in CAS to gallery (personal library) then bringing them back to play.
What is your current game version number? V. 1.189.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs – All. Game Packs – All. Stuff Packs – All (except Toddler). Kits – Moonlight Chic, Décor to the max, Carnaval streetwear, Blooming Rooms, Industrial loft, Courtyard oasis, Country Kitchen, Throwback fit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a werewolf sim in CAS, use the save to gallery button on the upper right. Close Program and then start again, choose new game, once open and staring at default sim in CAS, open gallery (personal library) and replace default sim with sim saved. Werewolf form is pure black, all adjustments and colorings are gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? Werewolf form in CAS is pure black, not colored and while it is this way unable to color or change it in any way (clothes options unavailable). Can disconnect werewolf and regular sim forms then click the dice button to randomize werewolf form. Can then see color on werewolf form, but not what was originally colored. Re-Color werewolf form as desired, save again to gallery (personal library) and repeat process to see werewolf form, again, pure black.
What do you expect to see? Werewolf form of sim as saved and be able to play said sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, specifically stayed away from, did not play game and did not use, install, or have installed, any mods in preparation for werewolf pack. No mods or custom content.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure. Only change I am aware of was a new delivery express.
Have repaired game, and deleted localthumbcache. Workaround is to randomize werewolf form but it does not actually resolve the issue, only allows for playing or using until game is turned off. Issue returns when starting game again, then have to randomize and recolor again to continue using or to just play werewolf. Clicking the back button after randomizing returns werewolf to pure black as well.
