[FIXED] Weeding animation loops and weeds aren't removed

During winter, the weeding animation will no longer repeat and the Sim will actually remove all the weeds surrounding the plants. Checkmate weeds!

Fixed in Patch 1.107.112/1.92

I play on PC but I've had this happen in the last 2 households I played too. I did find a way to fix it. I was using the tend plants options to take care of the garden. For the plants that had the weeds that wouldn't go away, I tried using the weed option and that seemed to fix it. So you might want to give that a try.

Nope, that didn't work, I've already tried it. It doesn't matter if they're weeding by hand or with the vacuum, single weeding, weeding area, tender plants, low level, high level or professional gardener. Thank you anyway.

I play on PC as well but I can't find any kind of work around for the weeding problem. No matter how I try to get them to weed it never works, even the gardeners aren't able to weed.

  @DNaujock Do you have any Spellcasters? The Floralorial spell is helpful if you do. I'm sending mine all over tidying up plants wherever she goes.

    Thankyou for this info. Luckily we had just purchased the magic DLC last sale. But before that there was no work around for us except putting all the plants in household inventory and then back into the world. Both options are tedious. How was this not one of the "top issue" priorities in the last update? It's been on-going for years, and honestly, the biggest bug in our game here
