All my Sim couples that have woohooed or tried for babies since patching have resulted in 1 of them thinking it was Spectacular and the other thinking it was Mediocre making them uncomfortable. Sometimes the guy other times the girl gets uncomfortable. At 1st I thought that one of them wasn't flirty enough before the act so I have made sure that they were both Very Flirty since and they are still getting the same problem. I removed all my mods for patching and this was happening. Have since put back GetPopulation (script mod). No other CC currently installed.

This should be fixed with Patch 1.5.149

Seems like no matter who my sims woohoo with, he will always have the Unsatisfied mood for mediocre woohoo. Is there a bug or something? It never used to be this way until I updated the game. Can someone please help me?

I am also having this problem. I have never played with mods so I don't think its that. Someone needs to fix this.

Further information:
With my Sims it is the Sim that initiates the woohoo (the one selected when you click on the bed and choose woohoo with... or try for a baby) that ends up uncomfortable whilst the other is happy.

I removed all my mods, deleted everything under C:\Users\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to wipe the game and start new. Included no mods, and I get this. The sim who initiates woohoo gets the uncomfortable buff, while the sim they woohooed with gets completely satisfied. I then reversed which sim initiated the woohoo, and the same happened, initiator uncomfortable, woohooee completely satisfied.

After this last update my Sims can no longer get the Spectacular woohoo moodlet anymore. They get an unsatisfactory woohoo moodlet that lasts 4 hours. This sim was getting Spectacular woohoo before this happened.
Now that this Sim died from laughter (really dumb IMHO) I placed another Sim in the house and once again progressed. Now not only does my new Sim get the unspectacular woohoo but every-time the sims woohoo I get the purple box, top right, that says break out the candles it's the first time. What is going on?
This is not a graphics related issue. Though there is one just at the close of the woohoo, the sims seem to speed up and get out of bed before finishing up. You can still hear the sheets ruffle while they are standing.
