This should be fixed with Patch 1.5.149
Just bought the game yesterday since it's on sale. Played for a few hours (achievement said 5 hrs), and with every attempt it's the same as everyone else in this thread. Initiator is unsatifised and miserable... and it rules out having a quickie before work because it just ruins the job performance.
This is without mods, and judging by how it works, I don't think it can actually be fixed by mods unless they can intervene before the moodlets are assigned.
Would like to add though: They can still get pregnant despite being unsatisfied although I was starting to wonder after nothing happening for several days, but then suddenly my girl came home from work, threw up, and had the "Eating for Two" moddlet..
