What happens when the bug occurs? I can not load my saved sims
What do you expect to see? My sims to be playable

I try to load my sim family and it sends me an error code (
Error code 134:84f8bed6:2cd878e0
I can not load my family and it states to restart the program. I’ve restarted the program and still have the same error code. I made a new family on the same save and it also gives me the same error code and tells me to restart the program. Until this is fixed I literally can not play sims 4.
