All Expansions, except Eco Lifestyle ; All Game Packs except Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure; Stuff Packs: Moschino, My 1st Pet, Toddler Stuff, Vintage Glamour, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Spooky Stuff, Cool Kitchen Free Stuff: Holiday Celebration, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take pictures, open xbox side menu, highlight sims 4 game icon and open sims 4 menu, select quit to force quit game without saving.
What happens when the bug occurs? Photos turn black (currently located in Sim's inventory)
What do you expect to see? The photos my sims captured.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've seen reports of this happening for years now, but no real proven solutions or fixes have been reported that I can find. My sims have milestone photos they took as their kids and family aged. They were located in the sims' inventory. Something didn't go according to plan in my game, so I force quit to give it another try. Upon my reboot, all photos were black. I have tried all the suggested fixes thus far. I uninstalled Moschino Stuff pack, as that seems to be the culprit in some cases, but it didn't work. I tried uninstalling all sims 4 game expansions, packs and base game, and reinstalling, but that also didn't work. Lastly, I tried clearing the cache on my xbox, by unplugging it for 60 seconds, but it still didn't bring them back. Please fix this EA!!!
