[FIXED] [XB1/PS4] [ROM] Can't complete the "Learn a Spell" quest

    Fixed an issue where some Spellcasters would not complete the “Learn a Spell” goal, even though they would learn a Spell

    Fixed in Patch 1.22

    Platform: Console (PS4)
    Which language are you playing the game in? English
    How often does the bug occur? 100%
    What is your current game version number? Not sure; the PS4 updates automatically.
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion & game packs except Cats & Dogs, Island Living, Spa Day, Strangerville. Stuff Packs installed: Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio, Kids Room, Vintage Glamour, Toddler.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Choose one of the spellcaster aspirations and try to complete the "Learn a spell" or "Learn a potion"
    What happens when the bug occurs? Can't complete the "Learn a Spell" or "Learn a potion" although new spells and potions are learned
    What do you expect to see? I would expect the newly learned spell or potion to count.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, never.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No - last thing installed was Magic Realm.
