[FIXED] [XB/PS] Red bar showing in upper right corner

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to build mode, top right corner there is a red bar
What happens when the bug occurs? Just distracting when building
What do you expect to see? Red bar gone
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
- There is a long red bar in top right corner of screen

After switching to build mode from world map a red bar will no longer display in the upper right corner.Fixed in Patch 1.92
