We addressed an issue that could cause the game to freeze while playing the Doctor Career or when hiring a Nanny in some languages.

Fixed in Patch 1.26.96
After installing the extention my game keeps freezing (I observed it's mostly when I go with my sim to his work <hospital>). It freezes and I can't do really anything. When I try to open task manager it also doesn't work (my screen turns white then and I can only move my mouse, with alt+Tab I can see manager running but I can't switch to it). I tried playing on a different device (my brother's computer) and it's the same so I don't think my computer is the one to be blamed for it. I don't know what I should do. I tried looking for solutions but everything failed. I tried repairing it on origin, playing offline, deleting weird folders like "localthumbcache.package" (don't even know what this is for).
I would really appreciate any help ❤️ 😳
