[FIXED/MOD RELATED] Sims at home but not playable/Stuck in self-care mode

When I load my game and enter my lot all of my sims are greyed out and have the little lightning bolt that says 'take care of self' I have tried repairing my game, removing the sims 4 folder, rena...

Do they have a work icon ? Were they at work when you left them ?

No there is no work icon. 

it happens anytime I leave my lot. If I go into CAS, manage worlds, send a sim somewhere else, ect. I  come back to unplayable sims
