Foundation Dissapears After Connecting A Patio

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Parenthood, Kids Room Stuff, Laundry Day, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a raised room with a roof with the foundation showing, add a patio connected and raised to the same height on one side of the room and make sure that the patio doesn't cover the whole foundation on that side of the room
What happens when the bug occurs? The foundation on the side of the room (the foundation on the patio is fine) with the patio vanishes and you can see under the house in some aspect, even if there is no basement.
What do you expect to see? The foundation on the entirety of the house
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I would add photos but the sims crashed afterwards due to another bug and it wasn't saved.
