[FR] Bugs for Bug infestation aren't visible (possibly laptop mode)

Which language are you playing the game in? Nederlands
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.250.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, minus a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By testing the bug infestation in winter? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not solve the 'Bug Infestation' event with my landlord because there are no bugs showing up anywhere
What do you expect to see? Bugs to actually appear so I can get rid of them by stomping them or use the device
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim is a landlord now and I got the 'Bug Infestation' event going on. Only, there is no bug to be found anywhere! Not in my tentants place nor in my sim's. Maybe the bugs are outside in the garden, but I have Seasons installed and it is winter now. Everything is covered in snow. Maybe therefore I can nog see the bugs? It is annyoing because I can not solve the problem and my tenant will be unhappy about it...
