[FR] Children Can't Rummage for Marbles on Toybox

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but the Modern Menswear Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child select a toybox.
What happens when the bug occurs? The child has no option to rummage for marbles, while those teen and up can.
What do you expect to see? I expect children to also be able to rummage for marbles since only children can play with them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Added the For Rent pack, since it's a For Rent issue.

My child sim only has these options on the toybox.

Her older sister who is a teen has these options (as did her parents).

I understand that anyone can collect marbles, but since only children can play with them they should also have the option to rummage for marbles.

Note I removed my mods folder before Tuesday's game update and have not added them back so I've been playing mod (and cc) free since the update and installing the pack. I also deleted the localthumbcache file and repaired my game after the update and after installing the pack.
