[FR] Count of beds/baths for rental apartments is not updated after editing

After reentering the rental lot and switching to build mode, the adjusted counts for beds/ baths is still the adjusted, corrected one.

    Deleted, comment was unfortunately not correct: Selling and rebying does not solve the problem, even after rebying the house the numbers stay incorrect in 5 out of 6 appartments.
