@Whatever8128 Please create one thread per issue. The ones you reported in in the comment field already have threads and it's best if you report them there (see compiled list)
Could you share the exact message you get ? I assume you clicked on the door of Unit 1 to check if you have the option to collect fines ?

- Beautystar3062 years agoSeasoned Newcomer@crinrict I’m having the same issue, except I don’t see visible trash on my tenants’ units - though I haven’t visited. When I go to post fine for breaking rules on the mailbox, it lists the property owner and it fails to collect. Then it lowers my unit’s rating. The popup telling me of the rule violation appears every time I load the lot, from traveling or starting the game.

Same issue I'm having too. I have 4 units built in a townhouse style ( I just copied a shell in Tomarang) and for some reason every unit is getting trash overload violations even tho they're not even furnished?
- LunarBritney2 years agoSeasoned Ace@LunarBritney I made a separate thread for this issue as the trash overload violations are a thing of its own. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FR-Trashcans-in-open-room-units-break-Trash-Overload-unit-rule/m-p/13601595#M275442
But yes, the landlord can easily get themselves violations by owning a rental lot before moving into it, setting up the tenant agreements and then moving into one of the units with set unit rules and then bam.
