@NitroIndigo Do you find him in the household manager ? You can try move him over that way (might also not work cause of that bug)

What's weird is that I swear I saw an "ask to move in" option with a sim in another file with a much lower relationship level.

    @NitroIndigo I haven't had a chance to check him out but my guess is that he has a special trait which prevents the romancing for some reason and I was hoping that moving him in gets rid of that.

      @crinrict I fixed it by moving him in using cheats.

        @NitroIndigo So moving him in did solve the issue. Guess it's his role as default property owner. Not sure if that's on purpose though.
