[FR] Pressure cooker only makes poor quality food

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? for rent & more
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? cook any level 1 meal using the pressure cooker while in a residential rental
What happens when the bug occurs? all food comes out poor, even if the sims has a high cooking skill and is in a good mood.
What do you expect to see? food quality to reflect sims cooking skill, ie. not poor quality
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. it started after the reaper rewards patch

Hi there,

I've been having issues with the pressure cooker from for rent. All my food comes out poor quality, even though my sim has level 5 cooking skill, and the recipes only require level 1. It seemed to start around the time the reaper's rewards event patch came out. Is any one else having this issue?
