[FR] Tenant Revolts Don't Make Sense

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a tenant revolt occurs, unjustly evict the tenant. (Make sure the Property Manager only owns a property with 1 unit with 1 tenant) - that is the tenant that you evict.
What happens when the bug occurs? The event continues despite the unit having no tenant anymore.
What do you expect to see? The event immediately because I've kicked out the only tenant.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Image shows that tenant revolt event is still happening, while business panel shows that there are no tenants because I kicked them out while the event was happening.
