I had this issue. But after loading the save again. They were fixed. Gone. Nothing wrong with the lots. Didn't have any issues. Reloading the game just fixed the issue. I do make regular backups just in case. So for me was a visual issue since it was all r-rental lots but reloading the game fixed it. Had no issues and play with rental lots a lot.

@Creeper545548 That's very interesting and I'm glad it sorted itself for you. One lot is like this in my game as in it's not always XXXX'd out but the others are not fixed by exiting out. Maybe it's just a glitch but I thought I should bring it to EA's attention because this is the kind of thing that seems like it could spread and cause bigger problems.
