@GlumPanda91 It could very well be. If you want to be on the safe side, I would currently not use any residential rentals in any legacy save you are attached too.

I have been backing up regularly as you say because I am incredibly attached to this save file.
- @GlumPanda91 I really don't know what the best advice is. Some people have no issues at all, others constantly.
If you keep backups (multiple), it's probably safe to just continue.
I mostly saw this on saves that also had the max int rent issue but also if the lot was just corrupted in other ways.
