[FR] Trashcans in open room units break Trash Overload unit rule

I also have a household that keeps being told they have a trash overload violation without any trash or dirty appliances on the lot. I don't play with mods or CC, so I know those are not the source of the glitch. I don't have the same set up as you, but I do have trash cans in my shared spaces, which I suspect may be the cause. Not sure how to resolve this as the trashcan is needed on every lot to prevent an actual trash overload.
