[FR] Water Leak Maintenance Event Unbreaking Plumbing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to crystal creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a rental and have broken sinks/toilets/bathtubs and wait for the water leak event
What happens when the bug occurs? The event inverts everything that's broken to be unbroken and then tells you to fix everything, but you cannot because the event unbreaks all the plumbing objects. After the event ends, the plumbing objects break again like before the event.
What do you expect to see? I expect the event to work properly and not unbreak previously broken plumbing objects
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

It seems the events are just riddled with poor game design and oversights.

Idk how to even properly title this report so feel free to retitle it 'cause my foreign brain cannot even think with these issues clogging it
