Freelance Programmer: Create Mobile App/Video Game stops at 75%

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Except Bust the Dust (it's disabled permanently - PLEASE TAKE IT BACK!~)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a level 7 programmer freelancer
What happens when the bug occurs? attempt to complete gig 'Saucy Dating App' - try to complete the ONE task - make mobile app - they will sit at the computer until they collapse, but the level only goes to 75% complete.
What do you expect to see? I expect the task to complete as intended and not freeze at 75%
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This was fine until the recent scenario patch to my knowledge - I've played computer expert freelancers prior to that patch and everything seemed to work fine.

I've tried to get this task complete multiple times, but each time it sticks at 75% complete. She will fail this job and lose performance b/c it's broken. Thanks for that.

So I tried a different gig making website pages to see if it would do the same thing, and it's a similar issue - she will complete website pages, but they don't count toward her required 3. ss attached

UPDATE - the level 5 gig actually DID let the webpages count toward the requirements, but it took FOUR SIM HOURS for the completion to be recognized by the tally.

The first gig where it froze at 75% was a level 7 gig, the one where the pages aren't counting is a level 5

    What is your current game version number? 1.106.148.1030
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single one; all 75 of them.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join the Freelancer career with any subspecialty, I chose the Computer Experts subspec. Choose a gig that requires you to make a video game. Make the video game.
    What happens when the bug occurs? You get to about 75% complete and the Sims just stops, disengages from the computer. If you restart it, it will do one cycle of the animation before once again disengaging. The end result is you're unable to complete the game, thus unable to complete the task. If you get UI Cheats Extension (or do with the slash commands), you can finish the video game that way. You get paid for it that way and that way only. If you then go to "Program > Continue Making Video Game" you are then able to complete the video game, but its not longer (of course) a part of your task.
    What do you expect to see? You should be able to complete the tasks for ANY freelancer career objective. This happens with more than just the video game task.

    This bug has been present for years now... it is STILL broken.  I normally do play with mods like MCCC and UI Cheats Extension, but I removed them entirely, cleared my cache files (several of them), and was able to completely reproduce this issue with just the vanilla game.  

    Please make this a priority fix!  Eco Lifestyle came out in June of 2020.... its literally been 4 years!

    The Freelance Programmer career works fine for me. I started with a level 5 gig that required writing 3 webpages, did two level 7 gigs that involved Make Mobile App (including Saucy Dating App), and then did a level 9 gig to Make Video Game. All gigs were completed without any problem. I was able to take breaks and even travel during the gigs, without any noticeable effect on my progress.

    It's likely the reason this hasn't been fixed is that it's a very rare problem that can't easily be duplicated.

    Perhaps,  I completely reinstalled a FRESH version of the game (copied my sims folder, renamed it to another location).... tried to do this VERY thing, still failed to complete the video game (mostly the video game, but happens with candles too as a maker).  Was unable to complete it.... with vanilla, NO MODS/CC, brand new save.
