Friendly Advice Moodlet constantly showing up with no sentiment

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Batuu,Toddler, Bowling night, Kids room, Cool kitchen, Carnival kit, Modern menswear kit, Industrial loft, Fashion street kit, Bust the dust kit, Throwback fit kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game, communicate with Sims with regular interactions like small talk.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Friendly Advice Sentiment appears for all Sims, and for almost any interaction they do, although it is not advice, and the Sims are not teens or kids, as well as the moodlets keep appearing.
What do you expect to see? For the moodlet to appear for kids and teens only when getting/asking advice, and not for every interaction, which makes it difficult to be inspired or have any other mood but energised.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? -
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Been happening for a while not sure which patch.

    @EeveeTinn Do they have the actual sentiment between each other or is just the moodlet being present all the time ?

    @crinrictawh I forgot to check for these Sims specifically, and I cannot now because they died haha I checked with their children though, and they don't have any friendly advice sentiments with each other or parents, just moodlets. I did see now my Sim has a friendly advice sentiment with another adult Sim (my heir's girlfriend), but she only moved in after the parents death, so it would possibly make sense why the sentiment now is there for one of them. 

    The other times there was no advice or anything happening, but the moodlet would appear every time they had some sort of conversation

    @EeveeTinn What does - mean for mods ? Never used or removed ?

    haven't seen this at all in my game.

    Do you have it on other families ?

    @crinrict I don't have any gameplay mods. This is the only save file i play with, but I can make another family and see how it goes.

    @crinrict I made a new family now but it's difficult to see anything yet hahah, the relationships are low and all they keep doing is browsing books over and over 🙈 I noticed though the sentiment happens a lot when they autonomously chat after i got them talking in the first place (my original gamesave), they have next to no negative moodlets so I see no reason why they would constantly ask for advice every person in the house. Throughout my gameplay, I have at least one sentiment moodlet for friendly advice all day - energetic one or confident one.

    I am sure some don't have this, just like a lot of them don't have the problem with dirty surroundings with the kettle/pressure cooker that I have and originally reported. This is my 8th gen on legacy challenge and it's getting a bit frustrating that almost all autonomous interactions give the friendly advice moodlets 😅

    So in the new family now, the first time the sentiment appeared was I guess from the Parenthood pop-up or a later conversation after my teen did partially his home project - focused moodlet. He has a sentiment in the relationship panel with his dad for that. The sentiment went away, and the teen was just in a "green" mood before school. He only talked to his mother autonomously, and suddenly there was a friendly advice moodlet - energised (friends 2 cents), but there was no sentiment in relationship panel with her (besides cooking sentiment also day before, but that is not friendly advice) nor anyone else but his dad (from the day before).

    Yeah it could be, because the Sim now did not talk to anyone, they just went into the room with Sims talking and watching TV. and the moodlet popped up again. I also did not have this happen before like this, cannot be sure when exactly it started but I am very sure I did not have this in before For Rent
